Licensed Dietitian
In qualifying states, Nutritious Lifestyles offers a specialized supervised practice program tailored for Nutrition and Dietetic Technicians, Registered (NDTRs) aiming to attain state dietitian licensure. With this unique opportunity, NDTRs can achieve their LD certification and practice as Licensed Dietitians without the master’s degree requirement. Joining our program means you’ll have the opportunity to work as an NDTR, earning a paycheck while completing your rotations. Upon completion, you’ll be eligible to sit for the LD examination, paving the way for advanced opportunities and promotion to a Licensed Dietitian. If desired, our supervised practice program seamlessly integrates with our partners at SEMO, Keiser, and ECU, offering a pathway for participants to elevate their credentials from LD to Registered Dietitian Nutritionists (RDNs).
Internships
Nutritious Lifestyles offers an exciting opportunity to launch your career in nutrition and dietetics through our RDN internship & Masters program. In collaboration with prestigious institutions such as Southwest Missouri State University, Keiser University, and East Carolina University, we provide a comprehensive pathway to becoming a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN). As part of our program, you’ll have the unique advantage of working as a Nutrition and Dietetic Technician, Registered (NDTR) while completing your rotations. Not only will you gain hands-on experience in diverse healthcare settings, but you’ll also receive competitive compensation for your work. NLS understand the importance of continuing education, which is why we offer up to $8,000 towards Masters degree reimbursement. The M.S in Applied Nutrition program (MSAN) is accredited by the Accreditation Council for education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND) as a Future Education Model, Graduate Program in Nutrition and Dietetics.
